Sheila at Wands and Worlds has a review of Eldest up already. Looks like a must-read. Camille at Book Moot reviews Rick Riordan's The Lightning Thief. It's fall. Time to go book shopping.

In non-kid lit news, Grumpy Old Bookman discusses a book I was very curious about, Christopher Booker's The Seven Basic Plots. I am glad to read that The Seven Basic Plots is not the new Morphology of the Folktale. (I trust Mr. Allen, or GOB as he is more commonly called).
