The BBC reports that Luna Lovegood has been cast for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Fourteen-year-old Evanna Lynch from "near Drogheda in Ireland" is the lucky young actress.
Based on her photograph I'd say she's a pretty good choice for the role.
