This Friday, I've chosen a Jack Prelutsky poem, from A Pizza the Size of the Sun, in honor of his appointment as Children's Poet Laureate.
This poem, "Chuck," really speaks to me (unfortunately):
Chuck
I'm Chuck, the chore evader
and adept procrastinator.
I've got a lot of strategies--
I'll demonstrate them later.
