I am slightly concerned that weekend reviews + snow seems to be the thing this December. But here we are again. It's time for the weekend reviews and another round of snow. Well, at least there's a lot to read while we're stuck indoors. Let's get started:
Susan Perren reviews five new children's books for the Globe and Mail, including a new picture book called Dancing Through the Snow, by Jean Little.
Nicole Carter recommends "Kid's Books to Read this Month" for the New York Daily News.
The CBC's "Sounds Like Canada" shares their top picture books for young readers. (Audio)
Sonja Bolle gives us her list of the top children's books of 2007 in the Los Angeles Times.
Ina Russell shares her favorite children's book for holiday storytimes in the Boulder Daily Camera.
Nicholas Tucker chooses his favorite children's books of the year for the Independent.
Elizabeth Ward shares her favorite children's titles for the Washington Post. Also in the Washington Post, four gift books for children and the winners of the children's art invitational.
Mary Harris Russell considers six new children's books and provides capsule reviews for the Chicago Tribune.
